DAY 3 — Resonance & Vocal Tract Awareness
Shaping sound with vowels, tongue placement, pharynx, and space for richer tone.

DAY 4 — Articulation on Air
Developing clean articulation that rides the airstream instead of interrupting it.

DAY 5 — Intervals & Flexibility
Moving between registers freely and smoothly without tension or pushing.

DAY 6 — Fingers + Air
Syncing finger technique with the air stream for clarity, ease, and accuracy.

DAY 7 — Integration & Musical Application
Bringing FLOW into real playing — tone, articulation, phrasing, and expression.
