How long do I keep access to the materials?
You’ll have 60-day access to all video materials. All PDFs will be available for download, and they’re yours to keep.
Do I get access to you?
Yes! You’ll be part of a private WhatsApp group where all materials will be sent. You’ll also have access to me for Q&A during designated times throughout the week.
How does the Q&A work?
Two or three times during the week, I’ll announce special Q&A windows. During those times, you’ll be able to send your questions inside the private group, and I’ll answer them there.
I can’t see the times. When is it taking place?
These are video lessons sent daily. Every morning, you’ll receive a new lesson to watch through the private group, so you don’t need to be available at one specific time each day.
Is there a refund available?
Because this is a live digital intensive with immediate access to lessons, materials, and a private group, refunds are available up to 48 hours before we begin. Once the intensive starts, refunds are not available.
Where do I access the group chat?
The group chat will be held on WhatsApp. I’ll email everyone a link to join the private group a couple of days before we begin.
What if I don’t have WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is a free app and very easy to download. You’ll need it to access the private group, receive the materials, and participate in the Q&A.
